| 1906 | "Antiquities Act" becomes law. This obscure law is the stated basis for the "taking" of millions of acres of Western private land by the Clinton administration -- for the pleasure of other voters. The original purpose of that act was to protect archaeological sites.

| 1925 | The U.S. Supreme Court upholds the conviction of a man under the New York Criminal Anarchy Act of 1902. The Court rules in Gitlow v. New York, that Benjamin Gitlow's pamphlet "The Left Wing Manifesto" which called for "mass strikes", "expropriation of the bourgeoisie", and the establishment of a "dictatorship of the proletariat" is "the language of direct incitement" and therefore not protected by the Bill of Rights.
